Hatha Yoga
For those who are looking for a gentle, classical approach to yoga this one's for you. The class starts with a centering and ends with deep meditation. During the class, we focus on using our breath in combination with the yoga postures to allow the body to open up and start to relax into the poses. This releases any tensions, tightness, or stress as well as increasing your strength, balance and co-ordination, flexibility and energy levels. These informative classes are suitable for the beginner level and introduce postures in a safe and gentle fashion. As always, you are encouraged to work at your own pace.

Power Yoga
Using a dynamic, fairly rapid, intense & flowing sequence of postures, combined with the breath, our Power Yoga builds strength, flexibility, endurance and range of motion. Great done alone or as an addition to any sport you do. Power Yoga reduces stiffness in the muscles, quickens your recovery time, calms your mind and helps to develop focus. This fun, challenging class is appropriate for those who have some yoga experience. Be prepared to work hard and sweat!!

Gentle Yoga

This beginner class will safely introduce you to the practice of yoga encouraging modifications and the use of props. Learn to release tension, channel energy through the breath and stretch in a positive way. A good class for those who have been inactive or have and an injury and now have their doctor's permission to begin exercising.
